Course Description

Roast Vegetables

The main course is a one week course covering the basic essentials to acquire useful practical skills cooking interesting recipes. If you look at the skills covered section opposite you will see the list of the main skills that you will learn. If you have a particular request please e mail it to the school and we will endeavour to include the recipe in your course.
