Dudwell School’s main offering is a 3 or 4 day practical cookery course. Several dates are scheduled for 2024 which you can book now. The course is designed for guests with little cookery experience, as well as for those wanting to refresh or develop their cooking skills.
Maximum 8 participants, residential or non-residential.
Caroline can also tailor a completely bespoke course around specific skills you'd like to master, such as making bread, fresh pasta, fish and seafood amongst many others. Courses can take place on a weekday or weekend, and for between a morning to five days.
For groups of up to 8 people - all ages are welcome.
