Bespoke Courses

Although there are general four-day courses currently available for booking, Caroline’s extensive expertise means she is also able to tailor a completely bespoke course around your specific interests or skill-set. 

This could, for example, be a masterclass in fish, pasta, sauces, knife skills, chocolate, butchery or game cooking.  Please see our PDF brochure below for a non-exhaustive list of the skills we are able to cover at Dudwell and which you can include in your bespoke course.

Bespoke courses can be arranged for anything from a morning through to five days, on a residential or non-residential basis, during the week or at weekends.  You will leave with a whole new skill set and repertoire to practice, after having had a relaxed and fun experience specifically designed for you. 

As with the scheduled courses, you will also take away a Dudwell apron and Recipe Book to enjoy at home, and you are welcome to enjoy our recreational facilities while you are here.
