Course Dates & Fees

Please see below for current available dates and fees for our scheduled four-day courses.

As well as the hands-on teaching, all equipment, apron and high quality ingredients, the course fees include:

Accommodation - each twin / double room has an en-suite bathroom, with either a rainforest shower (3 rooms) or a roll top bath (1 room). All linen and towels are included, as well as dressing gowns and slippers. There is also access to a washer and dryer.

Food - all meals each day, including the lunch and dinner you have made yourself (served with wine each evening), and a buffet breakfast, served in our summerhouse.

If you would like to bring a special bottle of wine or two with you to enjoy with dinner, you are more than welcome.

Use of all recreational facilities and free wi-fi.

A £200 deposit is payable for most courses by cheque or bank transfer, but the full fees should be paid in advance for courses of one or two days. You will receive an invoice for the balance of the fees 6 weeks before the course starts. If you are booking less than 4 weeks before the start of the course, you will however need to pay the fees in full.

There is no single room supplement, and courses can also be undertaken on a non-residential basis at a 15% reduced fee.
